If you cancel your order before the sample collection kit is dispatched, you will receive a full refund within 5 working days. The corresponding bank commissions are deducted from the amount in exceptional cases (e.g., foreign banks).

If you wish to cancel your test order after the sample collection kit has been dispatched, you may do so within 30 calendar days. You may be required to return the collection kit, which must be returned in good condition and unused. In case of damage or use of the sampling kit, 10 € is deducted from the refunded amount. The refund is completed within 5 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, 8 € is deducted from the refunded amount.
