Shipping

Diagnostiki Athinon and athenslab.gr use a highly modern way of managing the process of sending sampling kits. The customer can know at any time what stage his order is at and when he will have it available.

All orders are shipped through the cooperating courier companies ACS, DHL, and FedEx.

Deliveries are made on working days and between 9:00 - 17:00.

Shipping to Greece

For tests with a total value of more than 80 €, the sampling kit is sent free of charge.

For tests worth less than 80 €, the shipment of the sampling kit is charged with shipping costs of 8 € (including VAT), regardless of the recipient's address.

All prices do not include VAT and are final (VAT is not added to medical services). Upon completion of your order, an email with the details will be automatically sent.

Shipping to Cyprus and Other Countries

For test purchases, shipments are charged with shipping costs regardless of value.

Determining the shipping cost is done automatically after you first state your address.
