Indigestion (Dyspepsia)

Indigestion refers to chronic or recurrent upper abdominal pain and a feeling of fullness (bloating) earlier than expected after eating. Other symptoms of indigestion include nausea, feeling full, heartburn, and belching. Indigestion can be caused by situations such as eating too much or eating too little too quickly, emotional stress or nervousness at the time of eating, the use of antacids, too spicy and too fatty foods, alcohol, or even caffeine.
